- Having a phone number is always a plus, as you are result-oriented and definitely want to get the employer's attention.
- After all, it's more common for recruiters and employers. There are few resumes where the job seeker does not include his or her contact phone number. If, for example, you want to limit work and personal questions, you can create a separate number for work questions and specify it. This way, you will further increase your chances of contacting the recruiter and getting their attention.
