Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and defines the general requirements of the Site Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) as the Owner of personal data to the processing, use and procedure for ensuring the protection of personal data of Users of the site https://injobe.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). The use of the Website means the User's full and unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the purposes and conditions for processing his/her personal data specified in it.

1. Terms and General Provisions

Registration is the procedure for filling in the information required to create an account by the User.
Account is a set of information about the User and authorisation data (login, password) entered by the User during registration.
User's Personal Account is a section in the Application that is available only after authorisation and allows the User to edit personal data and use the functionality of the Website.
Authorisation is the procedure for the User to enter the Personal Account by entering the login and password created during registration.
Personal data is information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
Subject of personal data, User is an individual whose personal data is processed.
Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalisation, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems. 

2. Collection and processing of personal data 

2.1. The User, by registering on the Site, posting resumes, vacancies or any other data on the Site, sending resumes, letters to the email addresses of other users of the Site, voluntarily provides the Owner, as well as third parties who have access to this Site, with his consent to the processing of his personal data.

2.2. The Owner collects and processes the User's personal data by any means in order to properly provide the subject of personal data with services, including:
- provision of services to fulfil obligations to the User, such as: providing access to vacancies, searching for candidates and other services provided by the functionality of the Site, identification, authentication, etc.
- communicating with Users on all issues related to the use of the Site, and with the consent of the User to send advertising materials, news and updates about services.
 - improving the functionality of the Site, researching and improving the services provided, including on the basis of feedback and use of the Site.

2.3. The collection of personal data of Users occurs during registration on the Site, posting information on the Site, publishing a vacancy as an employer or a resume as a candidate, targeting advertising materials, communicating with the User, including sending messages, requests and information regarding the use of the Site, providing services, processing User requests, as well as other services of the Site.

3. Storage of personal data

3.1. The personal data of Users is stored as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

4. Protection of personal data

4.1. To protect personal data, technical and organisational measures are used to prevent unauthorised access, loss or alteration. This includes the use of encryption technology, protection against hacker attacks and other security measures.

5. Access to Personal Data

5.1. The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out only to the extent necessary to provide the services of the Site in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and with the prior consent of the User.

5.2. The Owner may transfer the User's personal data to law enforcement and other competent authorities to the extent required by the current legislation of Ukraine, or if it is necessary to prevent, detect or stop criminal acts and fraud or to receive claims, complaints, appeals from third parties.

6. User rights

6.1. The subject of personal data has all the rights to protect his or her personal data provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, namely Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection, including: access to his or her stored personal data, change (update, supplement) personal data and their privacy settings, delete his or her personal data if they are no longer required for the provision of services or withdraw his or her consent to their processing. 

7. Changes to the privacy policy

7.1. The Owner has the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy unilaterally. In this case, all changes will be published on the Site and will be binding on personal data subjects from the date of such publication.

8. Other conditions

8.1. Personal data posted by the User is considered to be posted knowingly, voluntarily and their placement is a confirmation of the personal data subject's right to use and post such data.

8.2. The Owner is not responsible for the actions of third parties using personal data voluntarily posted by the subject of personal data on the Site.

8.3. The subject of personal data is directly responsible for controlling access to his/her personal computer, mobile phone, tablet or other mobile device, mobile application that may be installed on his/her mobile device, the subject is also responsible for storing passwords and for the distribution (dissemination) of this information to third parties.
