Terms of use

1.1. By accepting this Agreement, the User undertakes to comply with the current legislation of Ukraine, to use the Website in accordance with this Agreement;

1.2. Not to mislead other Users or the Site Administration, not to publish knowingly false information, in particular, not to use the address, e-mail or any other information to which the User is not entitled to use;

1.3. Not to use the Website for the distribution of advertising materials, except for vacancies or resumes for the purpose of job search;

1.4. Not to publish or use on the Site false information, unauthorised content that contradicts the concluded and ratified international treaties of Ukraine, which violates the current legislation of Ukraine and which may violate the rights of third parties, be offensive, humiliating or discriminatory;

1.5. Do not create multiple accounts on the site if they actually belong to the same User.

1.6. Do not post several identical resumes or vacancies, or those with the same semantic content;

1.7. Do not post information and do not offer services that involve the provision of intimate services, and/or whose activities are in any way related to the production, broadcasting or retransmission of erotic, pornographic photos, videos or audio materials;

1.8. Not to post information calling for the violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine, recognition of illegal administrative-territorial entities on the territory of Ukraine, containing names, symbols, propaganda of separatist or terrorist organisations;

1.9. Not to post on the Website information related to the collection and storage of personal data about other Users, the dissemination of which the User has no right to do;

1.10. When posting vacancies, not to publish requirements for gender, age, political beliefs, faith and other discriminatory requirements for candidates that violate the current legislation of Ukraine and restrict the rights of individuals, in particular Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Employment of the Population" and Art. 24-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising";

1.11. Do not use the website to search for employees to work in the Russian Federation, Crimea and the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular the unrecognised republics of "DPR" and "LPR";

1.12. It is forbidden to collect information from the Website in any way, including posted resumes or other contact details of the Website Users for the purpose of transferring the collected information to third parties;

1.13. It is prohibited to use the contact details of the Website users for sending advertisements or SMS messages not related to employment within the employer's enterprise/institution/organisation.

2.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage or any loss in connection with the use or inability to use the Website by the User;

2.2. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the content of materials posted by Users on the Website and for any actions or inactions of the User that may arise when using the Website. The User shall be solely responsible for the information posted on the Website, including for its compliance with the requirements of the law, observance of intellectual property rights, as well as for the observance of the rights of third parties in connection with the posting of information on the Website. In case of receipt of claims from third parties related to the information posted by the User, the User undertakes to settle these claims independently and at his own expense.

The site administration has the right to:

3.1. Check, receive and delete any material published on the Site, including vacancies, resumes, reviews, comments and other materials that may violate this Agreement, harm third parties, violate the law or moral norms and principles, at its sole discretion and without giving any reason;

3.Deny access or temporarily block the account of the User who violates this Agreement;

3.3. To change the Website, its appearance, functionality or terminate the provision of any services on the Website for any reason, without prior notice;

3.4. Change the types and cost of services, their validity period;

3.6. To use for its own purposes the materials published by the User on the Website and publicly available, in particular, for Website promotion, advertising, research, posting materials on partner websites or in the Telegram messenger;

3.7. To access the User data contained on the Website to comply with the requirements of applicable law, to investigate violations or at the request of law enforcement agencies;

3.8. Provide services for a fee. The terms and prices of such services will be available to users on the Website;

3.9. Collect, process and store personal data of Users in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law;

3.10. In case of doubt about the legality of the User's actions, request a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and/or a licence (permit) for a particular type of activity of the User, as well as to remove, block or change the information posted by the User on reasonable grounds;

3.11. to change the Agreement at any time without prior agreement with the Users unilaterally;

3.12. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the Website. The User is considered to be informed of the amended Agreement from the moment the changes are published on the Website.
