How to post a vacancy

Congratulations on getting started. Even if you haven't posted jobs on job boards before, we'll tell you how! It's easy for us, it will take you just a few minutes, a few clicks, and a little bit of attention. Let's get started!"

  1. The first window to fill in. Here you choose the country where you plan to offer a job. By default, Ukraine is set, but other countries are available, so you can choose the right one. Not all countries have this option yet, the widest choice is in Ukraine, but if you have a foreign vacancy, you may have to skip this option for now.

The same goes for the district and house number. In general, these are not mandatory fields, you can skip them if for some reason you do not want to accurately indicate the address at the stage of posting a vacancy.
  2. Next comes a very important stage - choosing a field of activity. How accurately you choose it depends on how quickly a likely candidate will find your offer. The list of specialities is wide - from IT to real estate, from the car business to the media and the press. If it so happens that your speciality is not on the list, there is an "other" option.

Next, you specify the exact title of the position you want to hire, the type of employment (full-time/part-time/internship/contract) and the nature of the work (remote/in-office/on-site/hybrid).

The only thing left is whether the vacancy is urgent or not, and then we move on to the most pleasant thing for candidates - namely, the salary. You indicate the salary limits and possible bonuses.
  3. The next point, here you need to describe what you will need to do in the position, the requirements for the candidate (both professional and personal) - in general, everything you want to see in a future employee.

A little further down, you will need to tick the "benefits of working in the company" box. There is a whole list of things that can encourage candidates - a full social package, possible free lunches, even an office with pets. Indicate what is available in your company, and in the future, people can search for you based on these indicators as well.
  4. The next step. Everything is relatively simple here - you specify the work experience you require from the candidate (either none or 2/3/5/10 or more years), specify the requirements for foreign language skills, some personal skills, and the level of education.

  5. In the resume field, you can determine whether people who have not filled out a resume on our website will be able to apply for your vacancy.
  6. Almost over, don't worry. Here you indicate whether you want your contacts to see your resume, or whether you still want to talk to robot applicants only in the chat on the site so as not to bother yourself with unnecessary calls.
  7. The penultimate stage is when you choose the type of interview that suits the position. The only point is that interview plans should be created in advance, before creating vacancies.
  8. The last stage is the actual publication. You just need to choose the tariff plan that you paid for before and that's it, you can expect responses to the vacancy.

As you can see, it's not complicated. The better you describe the features and benefits of the vacancy, the more responses you will get. So we wish you success, and lots of responses from potential and good candidates."
