Job posting conditions and required data

To register a vacancy, you first need to fill in all the necessary information about the company.

1. The most important part is the company's EDRPOU code. When the company is confirmed by this indicator, it will be an additional advantage for future employers to apply for your vacancy - because you are a trusted employer.

In the screenshot above, you can see the basic data that you will need to fill in initially. We also recommend that you create interview plans for how you plan to interview job candidates.

Then, when you actually create a vacancy, you will be able to choose the plan you need (if there are several, for example).

2. To post a job, you will first need to choose one of the tariff plans according to your preferences and business approach.

3. When creating a job, you will also need to choose the field of activity and the position title, as well as specify the specifics of employment - the type of employment and the nature of the work, etc. You don't have to specify the salary level at first, but we still recommend doing so to avoid questions about it.

In general, we recommend filling in all the fields to increase the awareness of candidates about the features and benefits of the vacancy you will post. Many people may simply not respond to uninformative vacancies or use filters based on certain indicators.
