Why do you need an interview plan?

In your account after registration, you probably noticed the "Interview Schedules" item:

This is a tool that is intended to help you systemise your work with job candidates. An interview plan consists of several stages that you create and customise as you wish. Here's a snippet of how it might look like:

This way, you can work with each candidate and mark for yourself at which stage of the plan this person is "in". For example, you have 4 candidates, and one of them has just been invited for an interview, you have met with two more and given them terms of reference, and one more is waiting for feedback.

You can also add your own notes to a particular stage of the plan about a particular candidate. This way, everything will be very clear and convenient, you can see how many requests you have, at what stage each candidate is, etc. You won't miss or forget anyone, and at the same time, you'll be able to systematise all your work on the portal without having to use additional tools.

You can create several interview schedules, for example, for different areas of professional activity, by position level, or by any other criteria. The choice is up to you.
