Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Marketing manager.
Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination and Management. Coordinate and manage the setup, preparation, and execution of various internal events (events for top partners, etc.) and external events (conferences, awards, etc.) in different countries.
- Branded Merchandise Development. Develop ideas for branded merchandise initiatives tailored to the company's brand identity, specific events, seasonal celebrations, and personalized client interactions. Collaborate closely with vendors and manage them to conceptualize, design, produce, and deliver merchandise worldwide.
- Business travel coordination. Coordinating travel itineraries involves scheduling flights, arranging ground transportation, booking accommodations and check-ins, and planning events at the destination. As well as finance reporting of all activities.
- Procurement. Search, select, and collaborate with vendors to successfully execute marketing activities.
- Cost management. Estimate the marketing budget for a year and monitor quarterly and monthly forecasts. Operate monthly and project costs: plan, request, control, and report correctly and on time.
- Project management. Effectively manage projects' workload, prioritize tasks, and foster seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams and with external partners and vendors to meet objectives.
- Data Analytics and Insight Generation. Analyse data related to your projects and conclude the data to improve current and future marketing events.
- Stakeholder engagement. Build strong working relationships with various stakeholders within the company. Communicate project performance and efficiency, present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, and gather their input and feedback.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing or event/travel agency
- Experienced in events planning and execution
- Experienced in branded merch development
- Understanding of marketing to maintain different activities, which support company goals
- Professional in planning & organizing
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
- Intermediate strong English
