🚀 Helpware is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Referral acquisition)
✔️Responsibilities:
▪️Written communication with clients in English.
▪️Promptly resolving user inquiries and providing assistance via chat support.
👤Requirements:
▪️English proficiency level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
▪️Candidates must be based in Ukraine and of legal age (18+).
❤️Conditions:
▪️Chat support only — no phone calls.
▪️On-site work; 5/2 schedule (9-hour shift: 8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break).
▪️Flexible shift options (8:00–17:00, 13:00–22:00, 15:00–24:00, 16:00–01:00).
▪️All necessary work equipment provided by the company.
